We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund less original shipping costs. Make sure to double check your order before submitting.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. STORE CREDIT EXPIRES 1 YEAR FROM RETURN DATE.

We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

ONLINE ORDERS- Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 14 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 5-7 business days of the delivery of your return to the address provided once you email us.

If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.
Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and delivery carrier (usps, ups, etc). We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

Visit your local USPS or UPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package

Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.

Sometimes USPS or UPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
EXCHANGES
Must be made within 14 days. Same as returns policy. If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us within that 14 days from the delivery date. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

First, verify your item is not final sale. Second, if it has been over 14 days the item(s) are not returnable. If you're still good then you can initiate your return by contacting us at Hello@octoberjae.com SUBJECT: Return/Exchange.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 2 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 2 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly and/or cutting garments unfortunately will not be replaced.
STORE CREDIT
ONLINE Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received by us. You will be issued store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges and/or restocking fee. Items returned that are final sale will be shipped back to the customer or charged up to a 50% restocking fee. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.
